No walking. Woo hoo. I had a hat, scarf and gloves on, it was so cold--47 degrees! And dark--I beat the sun up today, that was neat.
Big run is next--2.5 miles, will try for no walking, probably Fri or Sat.

My long run Monday was sooooo nice. It was cool. There was a breeze. I think it was in the 70's! Fall is comming!! Should be excellent running weather. Your training is going awesome.
Way to go!! That weather sounds awesome. It is still hot, hot here. You are doing such a great job with running non stop.
