Got up early on a Saturday morning. Gorgeous day, not a bad run, though I was really striving for negative splits and came close...

I was just happy to (just) average under 12 min/mile.
I just want to know how, according to the Garmin, the total time for, say Mile 1 can be 12:19, but the avg. pace is 12:16?? It's the same mile! Things that make you go Hmmmmm....

It's all relative :-) Sometimes the garmin is a little behind, I've noticed. In any case, its close enough for us mortals! Nice run! Coming back strong!!
